A fresh legal challenge has been officially launched in an effort to halt the controversial redevelopment works aimed at bringing MotoGP back to the historic Adelaide Park Lands. Opposition groups are ramping up their resistance as community tensions continue to rise around the circuit project.

Speaking on the ongoing battle, David Klingbergan stated, "We have received legal advice that there are actions under the Motor Sport Act 1984 (SA) and the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act (Cth) with a reasonable prospect of success."
