Formula 1, Sportrik Media - Formula 1 has unveiled a new set of opening credits for the 2026 season, reflecting the start of a new era in the championship with significant regulatory and grid changes.
The 2026 campaign introduces a major technical overhaul, with brand-new power units and redesigned chassis bringing an entirely fresh set of regulations for teams and drivers to adapt to. The new rules are expected to reshape performance characteristics and strategic approaches across the grid.
In addition to the technical transformation, the driver lineup has also evolved. One of the notable additions to the grid is young prospect Arvid Lindblad, who becomes the latest graduate from the Racing Bulls development pipeline to reach Formula 1.

The championship also welcomes a new team this season, with Cadillac joining the grid as the latest constructor in Formula 1. The entry of the American manufacturer expands the competitive landscape of the sport and adds another major automotive brand to the paddock.
Alongside these changes, Formula 1 has refreshed its global broadcast presentation package by producing a new opening sequence that will introduce race weekend coverage for its extensive network of international broadcast partners.
The new opening credits feature the drivers and teams competing in the 2026 season and will appear at the start of television broadcasts before race sessions and related programming throughout the year.
The updated broadcast package is part of Formula 1’s ongoing effort to modernise its global presentation while reflecting the significant developments taking place in the championship for the 2026 season.
