Over 1,200 security personnel will be deployed to ensure the smooth running and safety of the MotoGP Aragon Grand Prix, set to take place at MotorLand from August 28-30. The security plan was approved during the final Security Board meeting held on August 20, signaling full readiness to welcome the tens of thousands of fans expected to flock to the circuit.
Massive Deployment of Joint Forces
The security operation will begin on Thursday, August 27, involving various specialized units. The Guardia Civil will deploy personnel from Citizen Security, Traffic, Judicial Police, ARS, GEAS, TEDAX, SEPRONA, canine units, cavalry, air service, and NRBQ teams. The National Police will also participate with two private security brigades and the Immigration and Borders Unit.
Additional support comes from the Traffic Directorate with aerial assets, the State Roads Unit, and collaboration with the Spanish Meteorological Agency (AEMET) to monitor weather conditions. All these elements are designed to address the surge in vehicle mobility during the race weekend, ensuring access to the circuit remains smooth and safe for all visitors.

New Facilities and Recommendations
One of this year's innovations is the Mobile Citizen Service Office, which also serves as a Purple Point, providing information and protection services for attendees. Additionally, the paddock Fan Zone will feature the Harley-Davidson Bagger World Cup, the only round in Spain for this new category.
Organizers urge fans to plan their trips carefully, follow the instructions of officials, and adhere to all signage. Patience and cooperation from everyone are highly expected to ensure the Aragon Grand Prix runs successfully without major disruptions.
