The Trackhouse MotoGP team has officially announced a significant minority investment from global sports and entertainment investment platform 1936, expanding the American squad's ownership structure alongside team founder and CEO Justin Marks and Avenue Sports Fund. While the exact financial terms of the agreement have been kept confidential, the partnership marks a crucial milestone for the team's ongoing development.

The injection of capital is set to boost various operational pillars within the organization. Justin Marks emphasized the shared vision between the entities regarding the upward trajectory of the premier class and the immense global opportunities presented by the MotoGP World Championship.

"It’s a thrilling moment for the Trackhouse MotoGP Team to announce the addition of 1936," Marks stated. "We believe MotoGP is in the early innings of its commercial opportunity," said Charlie Raposo. "The racing is arguably the best in motorsport, and the growing fanbase is fiercely loyal and deeply engaged. It’s already a global sport, with significant room to grow internationally. Justin has built a team with real ambition and a brand that stands apart, and we’re proud to join him on the journey to build MotoGP’s top-performing team on and off track. We look forward to working alongside the team to develop the most exciting franchise in the sport."

Since making its premier class debut by stepping into the former RNF grid slots in 2024, Trackhouse has consistently pushed to establish itself as a formidable contender, aiming to leverage this fresh investment to maximize its competitive potential.
