Early Career

Pierre Gasly is a French Formula 1 racing driver born in Rouen on 7 February 1996. He developed through the European junior racing system before reaching Formula 1 and establishing himself as an experienced competitor on the grid.

The biggest moment of Gasly's career came at the 2020 Italian Grand Prix at Monza. In a race featuring multiple changes in position and strategy, Gasly secured his maiden Formula 1 victory with AlphaTauri.

The victory was one of the biggest surprises of the 2020 season and made Gasly the first French driver to win a Formula 1 Grand Prix since Olivier Panis in 1996.

AlphaTauri and Alpine

Gasly remained with AlphaTauri for several subsequent seasons. He became one of the team's leading drivers and consistently worked to maximise the available performance of its cars.

In 2023, Gasly joined Alpine F1 Team. The move opened a new chapter in his career after several seasons within the Red Bull family.
