Squad stability takes centre stage for Matt Stone Racing as the team officially locks in experienced driver Jack Le Brocq for the upcoming racing campaigns, cementing their driver lineup following Zach Bates' recent multi-year contract extension earlier in the week.
Le Brocq's retention removes any lingering questions regarding the squad's garage dynamic. The 34-year-old has enjoyed an impressive campaign upon returning to the outfit following a two-year stint with Erebus Motorsport, successfully steering an MSR entry into the Finals Series for the first time.
Reflecting on the new deal, Le Brocq expressed his excitement about maintaining the positive momentum and continuing the development work alongside familiar and new faces within the garage environment.

"Reuniting with Matt and the team at MSR has been amazing," said Le Brocq. "There were a lot of familiar faces in the garage but just as many new ones, which shows just how quickly the team grew in my short time away. We've achieved some major goals, but there's still plenty more we want to accomplish. Having that continuity heading into next year is a big positive and I'm excited to keep working with the team, build on what we've started and see what we can achieve."
Team owner Matt Stone emphasized that maintaining driver lineup stability is a vital step for the organization as they continue to implement widespread investments and structural growth across multiple categories.
"Continuity is incredibly important in a team environment, and retaining both Jack and Zach is a crucial step in our development," Stone stated. "We've made a lot of changes and investments across the business this year, with people taking on new responsibilities and the team continuing to grow across multiple categories. Through all of that, Jack and Zach have shown exactly what they bring to this team and we've started to see what this group is capable of delivering when everything comes together."
MSR currently sits eighth in the teams' standings, holding firm as the second strongest among the four Chevrolet outfits on the grid. With the complete driver pairing secured for the long term, the squad aims to unlock further performance and push toward the front of the competitive field.
