Geopolitical tensions flaring across the Middle East have failed to derail the upcoming MotoGP world championship round, as teams in the premier class, Moto2, and Moto3 received official reassurance regarding the event status.
The crucial update delivered by the International Road Racing Teams Association (IRTA) on Tuesday morning confirmed that the race weekend scheduled for November 6 to 8 will proceed as planned at the Lusail International Circuit, despite mounting anxieties within the paddock over regional stability.
Earlier in the season, the event was postponed from its traditional April slot following regional conflicts involving the United States, Israel, and Iran, which forced sweeping adjustments to the calendar including shifts for both the Portuguese and Valencian grands prix.

Concerns were further exacerbated when the US Embassy in Doha issued a fresh security advisory warning travelers of potential airspace closures, flight disruptions, and a complex security climate throughout the region.
Despite these external warnings, series organizers remain steadfast in preserving the revised calendar, instructing all competing outfits to continue their logistical preparations ahead of the eagerly anticipated desert showdown.
