Future Days 2026: Stellantis Welcomes 700 Students in Turin

A large-scale educational initiative has been officially launched by a major global automotive powerhouse to bridge the gap between academic institutions and modern industrial demands. More than 700 middle school students hailing from seven educational establishments in Turin, accompanied by approximately 100 teachers, gathered at the Heritage Hub in Turin to take part in the Future Days 2026 event.

The primary objective of this comprehensive gathering is to immerse young minds in the practical competencies currently sought after within the professional workforce, while simultaneously assisting them in making informed decisions regarding their future academic paths. Participants were treated to an immersive day featuring direct dialogue with top corporate executives and hands-on operational activities.

During the opening interactive session, students had the unique opportunity to direct questions toward company chairman John Elkann, alongside senior leaders Emanuele Cappellano, Santo Ficili, and Paola Baratta. Together, the group tackled multifaceted topics ranging from rapid technological advancements and artificial intelligence integration to entrepreneurial mindset and foundational educational frameworks.
