The prestigious one-make racing series Ferrari Challenge Trofeo Pirelli Australasia has officially unveiled its 2027 championship calendar, featuring a major strategic shift that moves its iconic Mount Panorama appearance. In a notable scheduling update, the series will step away from the Bathurst 12 Hour support bill and instead join the Bathurst 6 Hour undercard on March 26-28, 2027.
The upcoming 2027 season will officially get underway at the fast and flowing Phillip Island layout on February 27-28. Organizers noted that the venue provides an ideal stage for drivers to launch their championship campaigns and set a competitive tone for the year ahead right from the opening weekend.
Aside from the shift at Bathurst, the rest of the five-round calendar remains stable, featuring established stops at The Bend Motorsport Park on May 7-9, Queensland Raceway on June 12-13, and the season's latter stages at Sydney Motorsport Park on September 11-12. Notably, none of the five scheduled events for 2027 will form part of the Shannons SpeedSeries program, marking a departure from previous years when the category featured prominently across multiple SpeedSeries rounds.

Marking its third consecutive season in Australia, the championship will once again kick off with the annual Ferrari Festival. Organizers stated in a release that the gathering has established itself as an annual tradition, bringing together passionate clients and fans for a weekend packed with track activity, paddock engagement, and the very first competitive sessions of the new racing calendar.
Beyond the calendar adjustments, category organizers have proudly highlighted the introduction of a strengthened, national dealer-supported team structure for the 2027 campaign. Drivers will now receive dedicated support from dealer-aligned race teams operating across every Australian state where the brand maintains a presence, guaranteeing uniform technical expertise, driver coaching, and professional car preparation.
This expanded regional network ensures competitors from New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia, Queensland, and Western Australia enjoy direct access to professional motorsport support. The framework successfully mirrors established regional team ecosystems currently thriving throughout Europe, North America, Japan, and the United Kingdom.
The confirmed lineup of dealer-backed operations features Ferrari Sydney partnering with MC Corsa, Ferrari Brisbane teaming up with Method Motorsport, Barbagallo Ferrari out of Perth aligning with Arise Racing GT, alongside Ferrari Richmond and Ferrari Adelaide joining forces with Zagame Autosport.
