A perfect start put Bulega into the lead, but Lecuona took over at Turn 5 on the opening lap. Bulega fought back at the same corner two laps later to reclaim the top spot.
Fierce Team Battle and Critical Incident
The intense rivalry heated up when Lecuona attempted another pass, forcing Bulega to defend aggressively at Turn 6. That maneuver allowed Sam Lowes to slip into second, but Lecuona quickly regained his position.
Once clear ahead, Bulega extended his advantage. His fastest lap of the race in lap five underscored his dominance. With two laps to go, his lead was already comfortable.
Sam Lowes Crash Reshapes Podium
Sam Lowes, running consistently in third, crashed at Turn 3 on the final lap. That incident promoted Yari Montella to the podium, while Alberto Surra and Alex Lowes completed the top five.
