The fierce battle of the all-female single-seater series delivered another masterclass as Alisha Palmowski officially clinched the F1 Academy championship title during a dramatic reverse-grid race at the Circuit of the Americas in Austin. While race victory went to Alba Larsen, all eyes were locked on Palmowski as she wrapped up a stellar campaign with a round to spare.
Drama unfolded right from the moment the lights went out at the COTA opening turn. Reverse-grid polesitter Rafaela Ferreira made a strong start to hold her ground, but Williams-supported driver Jade Jacquet wasted no time launching a brave move down the inside to fight for the early lead through the tight complex of corners.
The intense wheel-to-wheel combat unfortunately resulted in contact between Ferreira and Jacquet, sending the Williams driver spinning into retirement. The opening lap chaos also caught out wildcard entry Danielsson, whose race was ended by front wing damage, prompting race control to deploy the Safety Car.

Capitalizing on the restart on Lap 5, Alba Larsen seized the lead and immediately pulled away from the chasing pack, building an unassailable 2.6-second gap out front. Behind the leader, the championship protagonists fought tooth and nail for the podium spots and crucial championship points.
On Lap 10, Palmowski made a decisive overtake on Lisa Billard to move into second place, securing the mathematical threshold needed to wrap up the drivers' title. Lisa Billard rounded out the podium in third, with Emma Felbermayr and Gademan completing the top five in a memorable weekend at Austin.
