Sebastien Ogier moved into the overall lead after SS14 of the 2026 WRC Greece as Thierry Neuville lost valuable time on the opening stage of the final day, the 25-kilometre Aghii Theodori test.
The Toyota Gazoo Racing WRT driver posted the second-fastest stage time, but Neuville's loss of 5.4 seconds allowed Ogier to overturn the deficit and establish a 1.3-second overall lead.
"The time is a surprise because I struggled a lot. I was really fighting the loose gravel."

Neuville admitted he pushed as hard as possible but could not keep the rear of his car under control on the soft gravel sections.
"I tried, honestly I pushed hard. I just can't keep the rear of the car in line, especially in the soft gravel."
Hyundai Motorsport's Adrien Fourmaux topped the stage, while Sami Pajari opened Sunday with a strong run as he targeted valuable Super Sunday points and continued closing on the top five.
Meanwhile, championship leader Elfyn Evans suffered another tyre issue on the opening stage, losing further ground to Pajari. With three stages remaining, both the fight for victory and the battle for bonus points remain finely balanced.
