The British Touring Car Championship delivered another masterclass at Brands Hatch GP as Tom Ingram secured back-to-back victories by winning Race 2 in dominant fashion. Starting from pole position following his earlier triumph in Race 1, the championship contender immediately controlled the pace through Paddock Hill while running on the mandated medium compound tires.
Strategic diversity added intense flavor to the grid as Mikey Doble, Daryl De Leon, and Ricky Collard opted to gamble on their option soft tires early on. This bold tactical move provided immediate traction benefits exiting the slower corners, setting up a thrilling tactical chess match for the mid-race and final stages.
Action-packed wheel-to-wheel battles unfolded right from the start. Ash Sutton executed a decisive dive down the inside of Aiden Moffat at Paddock Hill, carving his way up into fourth place by Druids corner. Meanwhile, Ingram exploited the clear track ahead to pull out a gap of over a second by the end of the opening lap.

Mid-pack skirmishes kept marshals and fans on edge throughout the middle phase of the race. Contact and off-track excursions proved costly for several contenders, including Gordon Shedden whose Independents' Trophy aspirations came to a sudden halt after an incident at the challenging Paddock Hill bend.
As the race progressed toward the checkered flag, order was restored at the front as Ingram cruised home to claim his second win of the weekend. Josh Cook finished in the runner-up spot with Sutton rounding out the podium, while Doble capped off a stellar performance by clinching the Independents' Trophy victory in fourth overall.
