Liam Lawson delivered another stellar best-of-the-rest performance at the United States Grand Prix, carving his way to a ninth-place finish.
The New Zealander crossed the line solely behind the dominant top-eight machines representing Mercedes, Ferrari, Red Bull, and McLaren.
This impressive result marked Lawson's 14th points-scoring outing of the 2026 campaign for Racing Bulls, including three Sprints, out of 20 total opportunities.

His points tally climbs to 16 overall when factoring in his clutch super-sub appearances for Red Bull earlier in the season in place of the injured Isack Hadjar.
Lawson has shouldered the heavy lifting for Racing Bulls by accumulating 63 of the team's 102 points in the constructors' standings so far.
Despite this undeniably strong run of form on the racetrack, the Kiwi driver's place on the starting grid for the 2027 Formula 1 season remains far from guaranteed.
Racing Bulls management is currently evaluating whether to promote F2 title contender Nikola Tsolov into an official race seat next year.
With rookie standout Arvid Lindblad looking secure following an impressive debut campaign, Lawson would be the driver forced to make room if Tsolov gets the nod.
Should Racing Bulls ultimately drop Lawson, the chances of him securing a competitive race seat elsewhere on the 2027 grid appear remarkably slim.
Yet, amidst swirling uncertainty regarding his long-term future in the sport, Lawson remains completely unfazed and locked into his on-track mission.
The tenacious racer is fully determined to maintain his regular points-scoring momentum right down to the final checkered flag of the season.
"I mean for sure, it is a good place," Lawson told media when asked about his current sporting position and performances.
"It has been a good year, and obviously towards the end of the season, there are only a few races left on the calendar," he added.
"Pero for me, I'm trying to score as many points as I can this year, and keep the performance level high," Lawson explained regarding his immediate goals.
"And I'm going to try to do that for the rest of the year," the New Zealander concluded, emphasizing his dedication to the Faenza-based squad.
As the paddock heads into the final stretch of 2026, Lawson's unwavering focus serves as a testament to his resilience under intense pressure.
