Looking ahead to the upcoming junior single-seater battles, Campos Racing has officially finalized its driver line-up for the FIA Formula 3 championship. The squad announced the additions of Mattia Colnaghi and Ernesto Rivera to complete their roster, joining Salim Hanna who was previously confirmed within the team's setup for the upcoming campaign.
This fresh combination brings together talented youngsters carrying valuable experience from previous campaigns. Rivera and Colnaghi secured seventh and thirteenth places respectively in the final standings last year. Rivera's achievement was particularly impressive given that he missed the opening round due to injury, yet bounced back to claim a sprint race victory at the Red Bull Ring and a feature race triumph at Spa-Francorchamps with Campos.
Meanwhile, Colnaghi spent his previous season racing for MP Motorsport. His string of four consecutive fourth-place finishes at Spa and the Hungaroring served as major highlights of his single-seater campaign. The arrival of these exciting prospects is expected to boost the team's overall competitiveness at the sharp end of the grid.

For Rivera, this confirmation extends his continuity within the Red Bull Junior Team pipeline and the Campos garage, where he has spent considerable time developing his craft. His track record in junior formulas showcases consistent growth, ranging from his early steps in Spanish Formula 4 to competitive outings in Eurocup-3 that yielded race wins.
On the other hand, Colnaghi arrives with stellar credentials as a dominant force who has repeatedly proven his ability to fight for championships right from his earliest days in single-seaters. Team principal Adrian Campos expressed great enthusiasm over his new line-up and emphasized the team's lofty goals to defend their titles and remain at the front of the FIA F3 field.
"We are delighted to continue working with Ernesto for another season," stated Adrian Campos. "He has done a fantastic job in his first year in FIA F3, demonstrating great adaptability, speed, and maturity, particularly considering the challenges he faced at the beginning of the season."
Regarding the new signing Colnaghi, he added that the young driver possesses immense talent and a proven capability to fight for wins. "We will work with him throughout the winter to make sure we are as well prepared as possible for what will be a very demanding season," he continued.
Meanwhile, Colnaghi shared his excitement about joining forces with the Spanish outfit for the upcoming challenge. "I am very happy to join forces with Campos Racing, and having raced against the team in previous categories, I've always had great respect for them and the success they've achieved across the feeder series, especially in F3," said Colnaghi.
