The premier junior talent pathway, Red Bull MotoGP Rookies Cup, has officially unveiled its provisional calendar for the upcoming 2027 racing season. Marking its 21st anniversary campaign, the championship will maintain its proven format featuring a total of 14 races spread evenly across seven Grand Prix weekends throughout the summer.
Action for the 2027 season will officially kick off with a crucial three-day official pre-season test held at the Circuito de Jerez – Angel Nieto in Spain from April 19 to 21. Just over a fortnight later, the Andalusian venue will host the season's opening two races running alongside the premier class Grand Prix weekend.
Following the Spanish opener, the championship will travel across Europe to iconic circuits including Le Mans in France and Mugello in Italy. The schedule then rolls on to the TT Circuit Assen in the Netherlands, the Sachsenring in Germany, and the Red Bull Ring in Spielberg, Austria, before culminating at the Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli in Italy.

Despite the high-profile European schedule lined up for 2027, Dutch racing fans will face a disappointing campaign ahead. Following the departure of Jurrien van Crugten, it has been confirmed that no Dutch riders will feature on the entry list for the 2027 season.
To wrap up the 2027 racing year, the traditional Red Bull MotoGP Rookies Cup Selection Event will take place immediately after the Misano season finale from September 10 to 12. This rigorous scouting event offers rising motorsport stars from around the world a golden opportunity to secure a coveted grid spot for future seasons, with exact dates and venues to be announced.
