The motorsport world has witnessed a major historic transaction as Will Brown's title-winning Chevrolet Camaro has officially been sold to a private collector. The sale of the legendary machine was formally announced by Young Timers Garage (YTG), which successfully facilitated the high-profile transaction, bringing one of the most significant assets of the modern Supercars era into private hands.
The car, bearing the chassis number 888A-066, had previously been purchased from the team by Triple Eight shareholders Earl Evans and Steve Blackmore last year. This specific machine served as Will Brown's trusted weapon throughout the fiercely contested 2024 and 2025 seasons, carrying him through intense wheel-to-wheel battles at the absolute sharp end of the grid.
Presented precisely in its striking 2025 livery, the car marks the conclusion of a demanding campaign where Will Brown finished the championship as runner-up to his formidable title rival, Chaz Mostert. The preservation of its final racing colors ensures unmatched authenticity and collector value for its new custodian.

The V8-powered Camaro became surplus to requirements following Triple Eight's strategic switch to Ford machinery ahead of the upcoming 2026 racing season. This massive manufacturer shift meant the Chevrolet assets no longer fit into the team's future operational roadmap, paving the way for the chassis to find a permanent home outside of active competition.
Following this latest transaction, Triple Eight now retains just a single Camaro chassis within its facility. That remaining vehicle is the previously written-off 888A-060 chassis, which has since been meticulously reborn and repurposed as an advanced driver simulator at the team's headquarters.
