Wehrlein Wins 2026 Formula E Title in Crazy London Finale

Pascal Wehrlein secured his second Formula E world championship after a chaotic E-Prix London on Sunday. However, the victory was almost snatched away following a series of incidents that kept Porsche fans on the edge of their seats until the very last lap.

From the moment the lights went out, the race was intense. Mahindra's Nyck de Vries and Edoardo Mortara led the early laps, with Wehrlein closely protected by teammate Nico Muller. Behind them, a fierce battle raged as Mitch Evans continuously pressured Muller.

However, Evans failed to capitalize. He had to settle for finishing behind Wehrlein, who ultimately clinched the title by five points in the final standings.
