Wehrlein Wins 2025/2026 Formula E Title, Matches Vergne's Record

The 12th season of Formula E has officially ended with Pascal Wehrlein crowned as world champion. The confirmation came after the final race at the ExCel Exhibition Center in London, where the German driver secured his second consecutive title. This achievement places him in the elite ranks of the all-electric series.

Wehrlein, driving for Porsche, successfully defended the crown he won last season. With back-to-back titles, he now equals the record of Jean-Eric Vergne, who won the championship twice in 2017/2018 and 2018/2019.
