In a fan-filmed video that went viral, he was seen approaching the barrier and speaking to a marshal. "I'm not waiting here until the end of the race. I'm out of here," he said, according to the footage. He even demanded the marshal's radio, saying, "Give me the radio."

Stroll revealed that his car was far from competitive before the stoppage. "Not great. We were down on power. We need more downforce. It was just another tough weekend," he told the media after returning to the paddock. Aston Martin is indeed going through a rough patch, and Fernando Alonso also retired early with an engine problem.
With performance far below expectations, the Silverstone-based team must find solutions quickly. The water pressure issue that struck Stroll may only be a symptom of a deeper weakness in the aerodynamic package and power unit. The Baku race, which demands high downforce and power efficiency, proved to be a tough test for the AMR25.
The marshal incident also highlights the emotional side of a driver who is struggling. While his actions drew criticism, the pressure Stroll faces this season is immense. Every weekend he battles with an unstable car and often watches the race from the garage.
