King Marc Marquez kembali memimpin sesi Practice (P1) dengan waktu 1:46.397, hanya terpaut 0.576 detik dari rekor lap sepanjang masa yang ia ciptakan pada 2024 (1:45.801). Alex Marquez terus menjadi penantang terdekat, sementara Maverick Viñales dan Joan Mir menunjukkan performa kuat dengan waktu yang identik. Francesco Bagnaia naik ke posisi kesembilan, memperbaiki performa dari FP1, tetapi masih harus mengejar ketertinggalan dari Marquez. Alex Rins, yang sempat berada di posisi keempat pada FP1, turun ke posisi ke-15, menunjukkan ketatnya persaingan. Sesi ini menentukan 10 pembalap teratas yang langsung lolos ke Q2, sehingga tekanan akan semakin meningkat pada Free Practice 2 besok, Sabtu, 7 Juni 2025, pukul 13:50 WIB.
