When asked if Ferrari are moving in the same direction, Hamilton replied, "I think Fred has the full backing." He also called Vasseur a fantastic leader and the right person to take the team forward.
However, Hamilton did not shy away from highlighting the need for change. "There is a structure that's been there for some time, whether or not that needs looking at moving forward. His teammate, Charles Leclerc, has also offered his support to Vasseur, saying, "I trust Fred."
With rumours persisting, including the possibility of Antonello Coletta taking over, the situation at Ferrari remains fluid. For now, Vasseur appears to have the confidence of his drivers and the management.
