Alonso Spotted Driving Rare Lamborghini in Monaco

Fernando Alonso has been spotted cruising through the streets of Monaco in a rare Lamborghini Sian FKP 37, adding a touch of glamour to the F1 summer break.

Footage shared on social media shows the green hypercar with the license plate "14", a clear nod to Alonso's race number. The two-time world champion is known for his impressive car collection, which includes an Aston Martin Valkyrie, a Ferrari Enzo, and a McLaren Elva.

The Lamborghini Sian is a true collector's item, with only 63 coupes and 19 roadsters ever built, all sold out. When launched in 2019, it was the most powerful production Lamborghini, boasting 807 hp and a 0-100 km/h time of 2.8 seconds.

But while Alonso enjoys his luxury toys, his F1 future remains uncertain. Aston Martin has struggled massively in 2026, fielding the slowest car for most of the first half of the season, despite the high-profile signings of Adrian Newey and a new partnership with Honda.

At the Hungarian Grand Prix, team boss expressed confidence in extending Alonso's contract. "Fernando is an amazing driver. He brings huge amounts to the team, both in his feedback and his ability. I'm pretty confident that Fernando is enjoying his time with us and that we will continue with our relationship," he said.

With the summer break in full swing, Alonso's decision will be one of the biggest talking points when racing resumes at the Dutch Grand Prix. Whether he stays or goes, his passion for speed, both on and off the track, remains undeniable.
