Mercedes continues to fly high atop the Formula 1 2026 Constructors' Championship. After the Azerbaijan GP, the Brackley-based team shows no signs of slowing down, while Ferrari remains off the podium despite scoring crucial points.
In Baku, Ferrari once again missed out on a podium finish. However, there was consolation: they extended their lead over McLaren by 20 points, as the latter failed to score in Azerbaijan. That gain could prove vital in the remaining races.
The midfield battle also intensified. Haas secured six valuable points, pulling further away from Audi. Meanwhile, Williams earned a single point through Carlos Sainz, who once again demonstrated his street-fighting prowess.

Red Bull caught the eye as well. For the first time since the 2024 Chinese GP, both cars finished on the podium. This result delivered a massive 33 points, reigniting Milton Keynes' hopes in the season's final stretch.
With this outcome, Mercedes tightens its grip on the top spot. Yet all eyes remain on the fierce duel between Ferrari, McLaren, and Red Bull as they strive to close the gap.
The constructors' standings are now even more compelling. Every point counts, and team strategy is paramount. Will Mercedes continue to dominate, or will a challenger spring a surprise? We'll find out in the races ahead.
