Aprilia Racing has failed to overturn the sanction imposed on Marco Bezzecchi after its appeal was officially rejected by the FIM MotoGP Appeal Steward.
As a result of the ruling, the suspension previously imposed on Bezzecchi remains in force. The Aprilia rider is therefore set to remain suspended from the Czech MotoGP at Brno under the existing decision.
The rejection of the appeal reinforces the original sanction and confirms that there has been no change to the rider's status ahead of the event. The disciplinary decision issued earlier remains fully effective.

From a regulatory standpoint, the decision means the appeal process at the FIM MotoGP Appeal Steward level has been exhausted. However, Aprilia still retains the option of taking the matter to the Court of Arbitration International (CAI) should it decide to pursue a further appeal.
No official confirmation has yet been provided by Aprilia Racing regarding its next step following the rejection. For now, Bezzecchi remains suspended and is not eligible to participate in the Czech MotoGP.
