MotoGP, Sportrik Media - Day two of the Official Sepang MotoGP Test is underway without Fabio Quartararo, who joins Jorge Martin and Fermin Aldeguer on the sidelines due to injury.

Quartararo had ended the Sepang Shakedown third overall but crashed early on the opening day of the official test. Reigning world champion Marc Marquez topped the timesheets on Tuesday in his first competitive running since shoulder surgery last October, although he made a measured start to day two.

Testing runs from 10:00 to 18:00 local time and is split into two sessions, with practice starts scheduled between them. The final pre-season MotoGP test will take place at Buriram on 21–22 February, one week before the season-opening Thailand Grand Prix.

All Yamaha riders remain in the pits as investigations into a technical issue continue, leaving the Japanese manufacturer without a representative time during the opening phase of day two.
