Following a rigorous selection and application process overseen by the championship promoter, Andreas Kofler and his family-run structure have successfully secured their continuation in the highly competitive Supersport World Championship for 2027.
The journey to the global stage represents a monumental leap for the Austrian squad, which previously dominated the domestic German championship scene. Under the strategic guidance of team manager Klaus Kofler, weeks of intense administrative evaluation and networking at industry exhibitions finally culminated in a successful entry acceptance into the World Supersport Challenge category, ensuring a near-complete calendar campaign excluding long-haul overseas rounds.
Transitioning from national championships to the premier international platform proved to be a steep learning curve during the rookie campaign. Adapting to the intense qualifying margins and vastly different machine characteristics demanded absolute dedication from the young rider.
