Pedro Acosta of Red Bull KTM Factory Racing praised Marc Marquez despite tire pressure controversy in the Czech MotoGP Sprint Race. For this reason, Acosta secured his first sprint podium of 2025. Acosta started seventh but quickly climbed to second, capitalizing on Brno’s high grip. For this reason, he led briefly before Marquez overtook him in the penultimate lap. Consequently, Acosta finished second, followed by Enea Bastianini. However, Francesco Bagnaia took seventh after tire struggles. As such, Acosta credited the track’s grip for enabling his aggressive style. Furthermore, he noted the importance of a strong start.


Acosta highlighted Brno’s track grip as key to his performance.
