Racing Bulls has unveiled a striking yellow special livery for the 2026 Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix, marking the return of the colour to the grid for the first time since 2020. The design will feature on the VCARB03 throughout the race weekend at the Miami International Autodrome.
The livery is inspired by the Red Bull Summer Edition Sudachi Lime energy drink, incorporating bold yellow tones with citrus-themed graphics. From a branding perspective, this approach enhances visual differentiation on track while aligning the team’s identity with its parent company’s marketing strategy, a key factor in Formula 1’s commercial ecosystem.
Yellow holds historical significance in Formula 1, most recently associated with Renault before its transition to Alpine in 2021. Earlier examples include Jordan Grand Prix in the late 1990s and Minardi during the 2000 season, both of which used the colour as a core element of their visual identity.

This marks Racing Bulls’ second special livery of the 2026 season, following a white and pink design introduced at the Japanese Grand Prix. The frequency of one-off liveries reflects a strategic use of high-profile events to maximise exposure, particularly in a season impacted by early calendar disruptions.
The launch took place at a waterfront venue in Miami, featuring a promotional activation consistent with Red Bull’s brand positioning. Drivers Liam Lawson and Arvid Lindblad were present at the unveiling, reinforcing the team’s engagement with the campaign.
From a technical standpoint, livery changes do not directly alter car performance but must comply with weight and surface regulations. Any paint or wrap application is carefully managed to avoid affecting aerodynamic efficiency or exceeding minimum weight thresholds.
The VCARB03 will run the special livery from the opening practice session in Miami, where global attention on the event provides an ideal platform for Racing Bulls to combine competitive objectives with brand visibility in the 2026 season.
