Sebastien Ogier moved closer to rally leader Thierry Neuville after setting the fastest time on SS11 of the 2026 Acropolis Rally Greece, reducing the overall gap to just 3.7 seconds heading into Saturday afternoon.
The 18.30-kilometre Kefalari stage returned to the itinerary for the first time since 2013. Although it did not decide the fight for victory, it brought the leading duo even closer together.
"It was a good stage. The sandy section had very little grip. I tried making a few setup changes to improve it, but we're already at the limit."

Neuville dropped 2.6 seconds to Ogier on the stage, while Elfyn Evans continued his recovery and closed to within 8.7 seconds of M-Sport Ford driver Josh McErlean.
"Grip levels changed a lot. It wasn't an easy stage and it felt very different from the others."
Adrien Fourmaux retained third place despite losing eight seconds to Ogier. Behind him, Sami Pajari significantly reduced the gap to Dani Sordo after a clean run following his spin on the previous stage. Sordo's advantage now stands at only 16.9 seconds ahead of Saturday's final two stages.
"It was a good stage, although we had to do plenty of road cleaning. Dani and I were talking about the horses behind the fence before the start, and maybe that distracted him a bit. I'll have to find a few more horses somewhere."
The Acropolis Rally Greece continues with two more special stages on Saturday before the event concludes on Sunday.
