MotoGP has officially announced four senior executive appointments in a major move to bolster its leadership structure. The move follows the recent promotion of Carlos Ezpeleta to Deputy CEO. The four new hires bring world-class experience from across the sports and entertainment spectrum, from English football to Formula 1 and UFC.
Four New Pillars in Leadership
Ryan Norys will take on the role of Chief Commercial Officer. He joins from Premier League club Tottenham Hotspur, where he served as Chief Revenue Officer. His commercial expertise in football is expected to boost MotoGP's revenue from sponsorships and strategic partnerships.
Sameer Pabari becomes Chief Media Officer. Pabari has an impressive track record, having previously held senior roles at the NFL, Warner Bros. Discovery, and Manchester United. His presence is expected to strengthen MotoGP's media and broadcasting landscape, especially in the evolving digital era.

Louise Young joins as Chief Operating Officer. She spent over eight years at Formula 1, most recently as Chief Race Promotion Officer. Her experience in managing race promotions at the pinnacle of motorsport will be invaluable as MotoGP continues to expand its global reach.
Denitza Batchvarova completes the lineup as Chief Strategy Officer. She brings two decades of experience in finance and sports entertainment, most recently with UFC and TKO Group Holdings. Her strategic role will be key in shaping MotoGP's long-term direction.
Ezpeleta's Vision: Deepening Fan Connection
Carlos Ezpeleta welcomed the new executives. "These appointments are an important step in building the team that will help shape MotoGP's future," he said. "Ryan, Sameer, Louise, and Denitza bring hugely valuable experience from leading sports and entertainment organisations that will strengthen our commercial, media, operations, and strategy capabilities."
Ezpeleta also emphasized that this collaboration will help MotoGP deepen its connection with fans, reach new audiences, and create new opportunities for existing and new commercial partners. "We are building on the strong foundations of the sport," he added.
With an increasingly solid leadership composition, MotoGP appears serious about expanding its fan base and enhancing its competitiveness in the global entertainment market. This move also signals that MotoGP is not only focused on the technical aspects of racing but also on business development and viewing experience.
