Putting an end to months of intense paddock speculation, the Haas Formula 1 team has officially locked in its driver lineup plans ahead of the 2027 season.
The American outfit has confirmed that Rafael Camara will step up to the pinnacle of motorsport next year, marking the Brazilian youngster's highly anticipated debut following a dominant junior single-seater campaign.
Camara's trajectory through the motorsport ladder has been nothing short of stellar, highlighted by three consecutive karting titles secured in a single season back in 2021 before progressing into fiercely competitive categories.

The 21-year-old talent previously battled in Formula 4 and FRECA alongside familiar names, including his forthcoming future teammate Ollie Bearman, while continuing his long-standing association with the prestigious Ferrari Driver Academy.
Having clinched the Formula 3 championship with a round to spare and currently leading the Formula 2 standings with two rounds remaining, Camara successfully shrugged off late competition from other contenders during recent private testing sessions.
With his premier class seat now secured for 2027, the incoming rookie's immediate priority remains sealing the ongoing F2 title charge before turning his full attention to his upcoming Formula 1 debut.
