MotoGP Sports Entertainment Group

MotoGP Sports Entertainment Group is the newly established commercial rights holder of the MotoGP World Championship, officially operating from the 2026 season following restructuring under Liberty Media ownership. The transformation from Dorna Sports reflects MotoGP’s repositioning as a global sports and entertainment platform, with a strategic focus on digital expansion, younger audience growth, and technology-driven fan engagement. Under the new structure, Liberty Media assumes strategic leadership for commercial development and global expansion, while operational management continues under CEO Carmelo Ezpeleta. The group oversees a portfolio including MotoGP, Moto2, Moto3, WorldSBK, and additional championships within the international motorcycle racing ecosystem.
