Marco Bezzecchi experienced a whirlwind of mixed emotions despite ending his victory drought with a commanding masterclass at the Mandalika circuit. The Italian rider admitted that the Indonesian Grand Prix weekend felt far more like a defeat than a celebration, overshadowed by severe early setbacks inside the factory garage.
Sunday's triumph marked Bezzecchi's first MotoGP victory since May and served as a historic 1-2-3-4 lockout for Aprilia at one of their most favorable venues. However, the milestone arrived in the shadow of a disastrous sprint race where team stability was severely tested on the very opening lap.
The tension peaked when Bezzecchi collided with Raul Fernandez on lap one, resulting in a broken finger for Fernandez and subsequent public criticism. The intra-team friction forced management to intervene and hold urgent talks with both riders ahead of the Sunday showdown.

"I came here this weekend knowing that I could be fast and knowing that if I worked well, there was a possibility to gain some points. And yesterday, I fell," Bezzecchi reflected on the dramatic turnaround from his Saturday crash.
Despite recovering to take maximum points ahead of riders like Marc Marquez on Sunday, Bezzecchi maintained that the heavy damage inflicted on the team's overall championship campaign left a bittersweet aftertaste with five rounds remaining.
