The Moto3 qualifying session at Mobility Resort Motegi delivered a breathtaking battle for supremacy. David Almansa emerged victorious in a thrilling pole position showdown after putting together a stellar lap time in the closing stages.
Action in Q2 immediately heated up as riders traded fastest laps in pursuit of the ultimate grid spot. Amidst the intense front-running pace, local hopeful Veda Pratama suffered a highside crash at turn 10, bringing a brief moment of tension to the trackside observers.
With roughly five minutes remaining, the Liqui Moly Dynavolt Intact GP charger unleashed a blistering 1'54.572 lap. That effort proved enough to seal the coveted top spot on the grid, with rival contenders pushing right to the checkered flag.

Brian Uriarte mounted a serious threat on his final flying lap, setting purple sectors early on. However, the Red Bull KTM Ajo rider could not sustain the advantage through the final corners, ending up just 0.045 seconds shy of the benchmark.
Rounding out the front row was Alvaro Carpe in third, giving Red Bull KTM Ajo a strong double-podium start on the grid. Late yellow flags caused by crashes from Guido Pini and Adrian Fernandez added further drama to the final minutes.
