The Renault Group is preparing for a major presence at the 2026 Paris Motor Show, featuring a robust lineup from the Romanian manufacturer, Dacia. This appearance highlights a brand-new phase in the automaker's development strategy, characterized by an accelerated offensive in the C-segment, an expanded electric vehicle lineup, and a comprehensive renewal of its urban EV offerings.
The spotlight in the French capital falls heavily on the world premiere of the second-generation Dacia Spring. As an electric city car proudly produced in Europe, this model drives the democratization of electric mobility forward with an entry-level price tag positioned below 18.000 euros, laying the groundwork for a broader zero-emission family arriving by 2030.
Alongside the compact urban EV, the 2026 Paris event hosts another global debut: the Dacia Striker. This brand-new C-segment crossover acts as a natural complement to the Dacia Bigster, enriching the brand's portfolio with a versatile multi-energy powertrain lineup including hybrid, LPG, and triple-fuel options, starting at under 25.000 euros.

The manufacturer's ongoing commitment to efficiency is further demonstrated through updates across its core lineup. The Dacia Sandero—including the rugged Dacia Sandero Stepway—and the versatile Dacia Jogger now benefit from the introduction of a new hybrid 155 powertrain option.
As reported by FormulaPassion, the showcase in Paris is rounded out by the Dacia Duster and Bigster, both equipped with the innovative tribrid 150 4x4 powertrain system, reinforcing the brand's steadfast mission to offer consumers the essentials with an exceptional price-to-performance ratio.
