The fifth round of the 2026 MotoGP season takes place at Le Mans from 8-10 May on the Bugatti Circuit layout. The French Grand Prix has become one of the highest-attended events on the MotoGP calendar in recent years.
Marco Bezzecchi arrives at Le Mans leading the championship for Aprilia after finishing second in Spain. The Italian also carries strong memories of the circuit after winning there in 2023 with VR46 Racing Team.
Ducati is expected to be more competitive following encouraging feedback from the Jerez test, particularly for Marc Marquez after his Spanish Grand Prix crash. Meanwhile, home fans will once again hope for wet conditions to boost Johann Zarco’s chances following his emotional victory last season.
