Nine-time World Rally Champion Sebastien Loeb has added his illustrious expertise to the development program by testing Project Rally One's 2027-specification Rally1 car during a recent two-day session in the French Vosges.
The team's latest test schedule saw Teemu Suninen take on driving duties on Thursday, tackling persistent rainy conditions that provided the engineering crew with vital data for wet-weather car setups.
On Friday, Loeb stepped into the cockpit as weather conditions improved significantly, allowing the squad to accumulate valuable mileage primarily across dry asphalt roads. The technical feedback delivered by both seasoned competitors has proven instrumental in shaping the vehicle's ongoing development.

Project Rally One confirmed that the official homologation dossier is currently being finalized and will be formally submitted to the FIA technical department before the end of the month. This milestone marks a promising step toward a potential Monte Carlo debut, though the team remains tight-lipped on an exact competitive rollout date.
While Loeb has remained active in his Dacia World Rally Raid Championship campaign and various national events, this test marks a rare return to premier-class machinery since his last WRC appearance aboard a Ford Puma Rally1 at the 2022 Acropolis Rally. An official announcement regarding their competitive schedule is expected shortly.
