Pierre Gasly Invests in Luxury Miami Home Ahead of F1 2026

Formula 1, Sportrik Media - Pierre Gasly has made a significant real estate investment in the United States after purchasing a luxury residence in Miami valued at close to five million US dollars, further underlining the growing connection between Formula 1 drivers and the city.

The Alpine driver acquired a four bedroom, four bathroom sky home featuring a private elevator and a spacious terrace overlooking Biscayne Bay and downtown Miami. The property forms part of the Jean Georges Miami Tropic Residences, a 49 storey tower comprising 338 condominium units located in Miami’s Design District.

The development marks the first residential project associated with Michelin starred chef Jean Georges Vongerichten, who has expanded into the luxury property market with this venture. The Design District location places the residence at the centre of one of Miami’s most prominent cultural and lifestyle hubs.
