Ott Tanak has strengthened his relationship with Toyota through a major business move after purchasing the new Amserv Tallinn dealership building near Tallinn Airport.
The facility will officially open on 1 July and is set to become the largest automotive centre in the Nordic region. The building covers more than 12,000 square metres and was developed by property company Capital Mill, although the value of the transaction has not been disclosed.
The new Amserv Tallinn centre will bring Toyota passenger car sales, Toyota Professional commercial vehicle sales, used car sales and extensive aftersales services together under one roof. The project is also one of the largest investments in Estonia's automotive market in recent years.

"Over the years, I have had the opportunity to become closely acquainted with Japanese culture and people. I know well that the foundations of business there are continuous development, responsibility, commitment to quality and long-term partnerships," Tanak said.
Tanak said those values align with Amserv's growth and compared the project to motorsport. According to him, success is not built only on a few fast stage times, but on clear strategy, vision, teamwork and a constant desire to improve.
"I am convinced that this new centre will help Amserv take its operations to the next level and provide customers with an even better experience."
Tanak's Toyota connection carries significant WRC context. He won the 2019 world title with Toyota Gazoo Racing alongside co-driver Martin Jarveoja before moving to Hyundai the following season. After stepping away from the WRC at the end of 2025, Tanak resumed work with Toyota to help develop the manufacturer's 2027-specification WRC car.
