Broadcaster Naomi Schiff has raised serious concerns regarding Red Bull's exceptionally narrow operating window, warning that their current Formula 1 machine is constantly operating on a knife edge and could compromise their overall campaign.
The underlying issues were immediately exposed during the opening stages of the United States Grand Prix, where both factory drivers saw their races severely derailed right from the moment the lights went out. Isack Hadjar suffered an acute launch issue that prompted him to demand an immediate clutch redesign from the team engineers.
At the same time, Max Verstappen suffered from a lack of electrical deployment exiting Turn 1, an issue that instantly dropped him into a grueling, race-long defensive battle against the charging Ferrari cars.

Speaking on the Up To Speed podcast, Schiff argued that these early race dramas are clear indicators of wider structural and setup limitations plaguing the Milton Keynes outfit throughout the demanding grand prix weekend.
She noted that beyond the obvious mechanical gremlins, the car simply lacks a forgiving operational window, forcing the squad into a damage-limitation mindset while also triggering passionate radio frustrations from the cockpit over questionable strategic decisions.
