Marco Bezzecchi was the fastest rider in the MotoGP warm-up session at MotorLand Aragon on Sunday morning. The Ducati rider edged out Pedro Acosta and Marc Marquez in the final practice before the main race.
The short session was the last chance for riders to fine-tune their machines. After a dramatic Saturday where Marc Marquez won the Sprint Race and beat his teammate, all eyes were on whether the world champion could continue his dominance.
Marc Marquez, the clear favorite at this circuit, tried to find extra pace. Meanwhile, his brother Alex Marquez focused on sector three, his weak point. However, the surprise came from Bezzecchi, who was aggressive from the start and outpaced both Gresini riders.

Pedro Acosta also showed promising form. The young KTM rider briefly led the timesheets before being overtaken. Championship leader Jorge Martin is still struggling for pace at Aragon.
Good news came from the return of Johann Zarco and Fermin Aldeguer after injuries. However, Ai Ogura is confirmed out after surgery on his left hand. The main race is scheduled for this afternoon, with the battle expected to be intense.
