WorldSBK, Sportrik Media - Go Eleven Ducati has officially launched its World Superbike 2026 campaign, unveiling the new livery of its Ducati Panigale V4R for the upcoming season, to be raced by Lorenzo Baldassarri.
Baldassarri returns to WorldSBK this year with Go Eleven after previously competing with GMT94 Yamaha in 2023. The Italian rider is a four-time World Supersport race winner, although his strongest result in World Superbike to date remains a 12th-place finish achieved in Spain during the 2023 season.
The 2026 season marks a notable transition for Go Eleven, with Baldassarri joining the team in place of Andrea Iannone. Iannone is expected to miss the opening round of the championship in Australia with Cainam Racing, although no official confirmation has yet been issued regarding his availability.
From a commercial perspective, Go Eleven enters the new season without Pata as its title sponsor. Despite this change, the team has retained the yellow-and-white colour scheme used throughout 2025, preserving a strong and recognisable identity on the WorldSBK grid.
“The bike is amazing, and I can’t wait to try it in dry conditions at Phillip Island,” Baldassarri said. “Besides being beautiful, I also think it’s the best package available right now.”
“The previous Panigale was already at an excellent level, and I believe the latest version is even stronger,” he added. “Ducati is always working to improve, and I feel I’m in the best shape possible, both physically and mentally. With the right harmony within the team, we can achieve some very strong results.”
Baldassarri also acknowledged that pre-season testing was heavily affected by wet conditions, limiting the team’s ability to establish a clear performance baseline. Nevertheless, he remains optimistic ahead of the opening round in Australia.
“Unfortunately, the tests took place in wet conditions, so we don’t really have a true starting point,” he explained. “But in Australia we still have a few days before the official start of the championship. The main goal is to grow throughout the season and fight for the top positions after the initial adaptation period. I’m ready and I can’t wait to start enjoying it.”
Team owner Gianni Ramello described the launch of the 2026 season as a significant milestone, with Go Eleven approaching its 20th anniversary in World Superbike competition.
“A new season is upon us as we get closer to our 20th anniversary in World Superbike,” Ramello said. “Our new double-sided Ducati Panigale is unbelievable. The yellow colour, which I’m particularly fond of, will stand out on the grid and is truly unique.”
Ramello also expressed confidence in the technical package and in Baldassarri’s ability to deliver results, despite limited winter testing mileage.
“Technically, thanks also to the support of our partners, I’m confident the bike will be competitive and capable of achieving important results,” he added. “We’ve welcomed Lorenzo Baldassarri for this new season, and we believe strongly in his talent and speed. We know it will take some time to fully understand the bike, especially after limited winter running, but we’re confident the results will come quickly.”
With an updated Ducati Panigale V4R, a refreshed visual identity, and an experienced rider eager to re-establish himself in WorldSBK, Go Eleven Ducati enters the 2026 season focused on steady progression and consistent competitiveness from the opening round at Phillip Island.
