Weather forecasts predict light rain on Friday, with thunderstorms possible on Saturday and Sunday. This brings back memories of heavy downpours that disrupted races in Malaysia in 2009 and 2012. So far in 2026, no sessions have been completely dry, adding to the unpredictability.
