Two Variants for Ducati: V2 and V4
For Ducati, Rizoma offers two types: ZDM179 for V2 engines and ZDM181 for V4 engines. Both feature a bordless design with a Lexan window. In the ZDM181, the kit also includes a machined aluminum pressure plate, pre-assembled bearing, pressure ring, and specific bolts. It is important to note that this system is designed to work with the OEM clutch and must not be used on motorcycles equipped with a dry clutch.
Rizoma did not neglect the interior. Their Clutch Vent System uses aluminum plate and pressure ring designed to improve oil circulation inside the cover. The three fastening screws are made of titanium, a choice that not only provides strength but also reduces moving mass. This detail shows that even hidden components are designed to high standards.
Personalization is offered through three anodized color options, allowing owners to match the look with their bike's character. Thus, the clutch cover is no longer just a protector but part of the bike's visual identity.
Rizoma's move aligns with the trend in the world of Ducati and BMW that increasingly highlight mechanical aspects as a selling point.
