Marc Marquez is a Spanish MotoGP rider regarded as one of the most successful figures in modern motorcycle racing. He began his Grand Prix career in the 125cc class in 2008 and won the world title in 2010, then moved up to Moto2 and claimed the championship in 2012. He made his MotoGP debut in 2013 and immediately secured the world title with Repsol Honda, becoming the youngest premier-class champion. Marquez has won six MotoGP world championships and is renowned for his aggressive riding style, extreme cornering technique, and exceptional control at the limit. After a prolonged injury period between 2020 and 2022 and a competitive return in 2023–2024, he joined the Ducati factory project and finished the 2025 season as MotoGP World Champion, before continuing with Ducati into the 2026 season.
