MotoGP fans across Europe are gearing up for another thrilling race weekend, though television broadcast availability varies significantly depending on regional broadcasting rights agreements. In Germany, the upcoming race weekend does not feature on the list of events broadcast live on free-to-air television, meaning fans must rely on subscription services such as Sky Sport to watch all 22 rounds of the premier class alongside Moto2 and Moto3.
The broadcasting landscape in the German-speaking region underwent a major shift when Austrian private broadcaster ServusTV ceased its linear broadcasting operations in Germany at the turn of 2023 to 2024. Since then, live coverage partnerships have been established with DF1, which broadcasts twelve selected premium events live and free-to-air in 2026, while free-to-air rights in Germany are scheduled to transition to RTL starting from the 2027 season.
For viewers in Austria, ServusTV continues to provide free coverage across its linear and digital channels, including Red Bull TV. Fans can follow Saturday qualifying sessions, support classes, and the Sprint race live, followed by full live coverage of all class races on Sunday morning, ensuring uninterrupted access to the championship action.

Meanwhile, in Switzerland, SRG holds the linear and digital rights, broadcasting via SRF in German, RTS in French, and RSI in Italian. SRF zwei provides live television coverage of the Saturday Sprint and Sunday Grand Prix, alongside live streaming options available through the SRF Sport app for fans on the go.
Swiss Italian broadcaster RSI LA2 also delivers comprehensive coverage, airing qualifying sessions and the Sprint live on Saturday, alongside full race day broadcasts and delayed highlight summaries on Sunday evening. This diverse multi-platform distribution ensures that motorsport enthusiasts across different European territories can follow the championship according to their local broadcasting availability.
