Ferrari's world championship defense in the World Endurance Championship officially came to an end at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya as Toyota clinched the manufacturers' title in dominant fashion. Despite relinquishing the ultimate throne, the Maranello squad still showcased strong resilience on the race track.
The #50 Hypercar 499P driven by Antonio Fuoco, Nicklas Nielsen, and Miguel Molina successfully salvaged the weekend by securing a hard-fought podium finish. This positive result served as a strong redemption following a difficult overseas trip to Japan in the previous round.
However, the sister #51 crew experienced a series of setbacks during the race that ruined their strategy and pushed them far outside the points-scoring positions. The issues forced the engineering crew to conduct a thorough review ahead of the season finale.

Encouraging signs also came from the #83 customer car, which fought near the front for a major portion of the race alongside the #50 crew, occupying third and fourth positions respectively throughout the intense battle.
Looking ahead to the upcoming round at Monza, Endurance head Antonello Coletta emphasized that the team is now fully focused on delivering their absolute best performance to reward the passionate Italian fans.
