Starting the race from pole position after setting the fastest time in qualifying, the Spanish rider executed a perfect launch under clear conditions and dry track limits. This dominant victory represents a significant performance upgrade for Gonzalez compared to previous rounds, where he frequently lost crucial momentum during the opening laps of the race.
