This year’s Repco Supercars Championship at Mount Panorama is heavily supported by five high-octane categories, bringing an incredible array of machinery and talent to the famous circuit. The support bill features the Dunlop Super2 Series, Porsche Equity-One Carrera Cup Australia, Touring Car Masters, the Tyrepower V8 SuperUte Series, and the Toyota Gazoo Racing Australia GR Cup, though all entry lists remain subject to change.
Heading the fierce battle in the Dunlop Super2 Series are Tickford Autosport duo Lochie Dalton and Reuben Goodall, who are currently separated by 69 points at the top of the standings. Both drivers are set for a demanding weekend as they take on double duty commitments across the Super2 category and the main Supercars field.
As part of their busy schedules, Lochie Dalton will join forces with Cooper Murray at Erebus Motorsport. Meanwhile, Reuben Goodall is slated to partner with Thomas Randle under the Tickford Racing banner for the endurance-season showdown.
The competitive Super2 grid boasts a total of 18 cars, featuring notable additions and international flavor such as Brendon Leitch driving for Team Kiwi Racing alongside Jonathon Webb who links up with Anderson Motorsport.
Fans tuning into the Dunlop Super2 Series action can look forward to two action-packed races scheduled across Friday, kicking off at 3:20pm AEDT, followed by the second encounter on Saturday as the rising stars battle for supremacy on the mountain.
